The anti-solar crowd might be the dumbest [0] group of people in existence. It's a culture war and probably our stupidest one yet.
I have a friend who's dad thinks "solar is a scam, it doesn't work", nevermind the fact that every year when they go a race (Daytona, I think?) the son uses a large rechargeable battery and a solar panel to keep it charged they they use for their phones/tv/etc. Nope, still a "scam".
Between that and all the "the power grid can't handle everyone buying an electric car" or "electric cars actually take more non-renewables than ICE cars"-crowd I want to pull my hair out.
